Refund policy

We are happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price for items returned in brand new, unused and resellable condition within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges are not eligible for refunds). Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase. Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for a refund. Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Need a different size or color?

We are happy to help you place a new order and provide you with free shipping on your repurchase order. We will do our best to get your new products out to you right away, provided the item(s) is/are in stock. You will be charged for the new product on its way out to you and we will cover standard shipping for this order. Once we receive your return product, we will credit you for it within 5-7 business days. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
